In order to accumulate profound energy and gather cosmic light, energy losses through the human senses must first be stopped.
The senses are like sensors that receive waves of vibrations, sound, and light that flow toward the human being. When these waves begin to make sense, the brain begins to think. Thinking uses more energy than any other physical activity.
The energy flows out of each of the sensorial organs in the process, unless a seal on these energy openings prevents it. The senses may only release energy when they are directly called upon to transmit information.
Only when the senses are strengthened and the senses are sealed with external and internal force can deep energy be accumulated.
Misuse of the senses, on the other hand, leads to considerable loss of energy and energy degradation without being consciously aware of it.
Our mind is connected to the heart. When the mind is disturbed, the heart will be disturbed in the same way. The well-meaning good heart is the compassionate heart (harmony), so its good intention connects with the earth and nourishes it. When the wood meets the earth, the wood will grow. When the water meets the earth, the water will gather. When the metal meets the earth, the metal will condense. When the fire meets the earth, the fire will calm down.
