This is an advanced Qigong that involves specific movements and is practiced in the areas of "Iron Shirt Qigong" and “Tai Chi” in several stages to strengthen the bone structure of the body. In addition the internal power of "Fusion" is practiced in three stages in this branch to create a deep internal emotional balance in the more subtle level.
