Tai Chi for your Vitality:

The main movements of Tai Chi are performed with the joints & tendons.  As a result, the muscles become elastic and loose, and the body becomes finer in its mobility.  One practices in 8 cardinal directions, taking into account the sky and the earth.  In the practice one develops a feeling for the 8 directions and thus develops a deep physical-spiritual balance.  If in Tai Chi the nervous system is activated & blockages are dissolved, then the blood and the Chi in the body can circulate more freely, among other things the blood more easily in our body.
